Wraparound Care & Clubs

To support our families, we offer term time wrap around care.

Breakfast Club: 7.30-8.40

Our breakfast club is run by school staff and provides a calm and nurturing start to the school day. Children are provided with a healthy breakfast and a variety of activities to engage in.

Breakfast Club operates from 7.30am to 8.40am and costs £6.00 per sesson (as at August 2023)

Payment is required in advance via Scopay or by vouchers.

We are able to accept electronic childcare vouchers for payment of Breakfast Club fees.

Places are limited due to health, safety and operational issues and children must not turn up on the day without prior confirmation that spaces are available and are paid for in advance. To enquire about spaces at our breakfast club please email finance@willesley.leics.sch.uk 

After School Club: 3.15-6.00

ME Sports in the Community run our after-school club. They work in partnership with the school and reflect our high expectations. A variety of sport, crafts, games and activities are delivered with additional specific year group clubs being offered alongside and in addition to the club.

After School Club options: 

Wrap-Around Care Session 1: 3:15 - 4:30pm 

Wrap-Around Care Session 2: 4:30 - 5:30pm 

Wrap-Around Care Session 3: 5.30 - 6.00pm

Various activities will be offered including Film Time, Games, Sports, Drama, Dance and Arts and Crafts and this will change each half term.

In addition to the above wrap around sessions, ME sports will offer each year group a range of Extra-Curricular Activities. 

Places can be booked long term, as required each half term and ad-hoc.

All ME Sports staff are DBS checked, first aid trained, qualified and have all been trained in play work and safeguarding children. ME Sports is a fully insured provider, supported by Leicestershire County Council. ME Sports are registered with Ofsted and can therefore accept childcare vouchers.
