Classes

Organisation

We have 14 classes from Foundation Stage to Year 6 with two classes per year group.

All classes have LSAs working with them in the mornings to support groups according to their needs and the areas being taught.

Some of the classes will also have some LSA support in the afternoons.

Accommodation

We are fortunate that the design of the school enables us to have single year groups (2 classes of 30 pupils per year group) throughout the school.

We have 6 classrooms in the Acorn Building which provides spacious accommodation for 180 children (maximum number). This gives the youngest children a fantastic start to school life.

Our Key Stage 2 children, in years 3 to 5, work in a part of the school which was built in 2004 to replace mobile classrooms. The Oak building has 6 classrooms and a smaller learning base which accommodates 180 children.

Our Year 6 children are based in our newest building (2016), the Treetops, which includes two classrooms and a studio.
